Character Name: Midna, Princess of the Twili
Fandom: Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Age: Equivalent of 19 in Twili years.

Power: Vecna. Twili are naturally covert and manipulative, and Midna possesses the most powerful magic available to her people.
Orientation: Heterosexual, biromantic.

Personality: Midna is capricious, vindictive, impatient, teasing and manipulative, but at the same time one of the most loyal creatures one could ever meet. Twili are descended from evil, insane mages that attempted to take over the Sacred Realm in eons past, and that dark heritage can still be seen even if their evil nature has long quelled. Being secretive and manipulative is a matter of course; in fact it's considered an insult to be perfectly frank with someone. It implies they do not have the faculties to read subtext. As such, Midna can be short with people who expect the complete truth out of her.
Her loyalties lie first with her people. She will do anything for the welfare of her realm and the Twili. But this sense of duty overshadowed a rebellious, promiscuous youth. Daddy's little girl, that learned the fine art of seduction and power play early. Only when her father was murdered and his killer--one of the few men she denied--ruined her body by turning her into an imp and cast her out of the world that she had to rely upon a complete stranger and learned to really care for someone.
Her heart is no longer made of liquid shadow, but it may take a particular kind of hero to see it.
Abilities:
Shadow Step -- Midna can step into a deep shadow and hide from danger. Also she can move from one shadow to another, as long as she's been at her destination location before.
Shadow Conjuration -- She can manifest simple items out of magically-tempered shadow. Said objects are filmy but strong and cool to the touch, and tend to evaporate after a day or so. She can make said things permanent though further magical focus, but more complicated items can take weeks or months to create.
Shadow Tendrils -- Just what it sounds like; tentacles come out of shadows to grab things or people. They can either haul them into shadows after her... or just hold them in place for a while.
Float -- She has diplomatic immunity to the laws of gravity, although she can't fly too high and can't carry anyone for long.
Crowning Glory -- Prehensile hair.
Dance -- Twili are cold people by nature, and in more ways than one. The dispassionate nature of the Twili Realm has seeped into their being, so that even now spurring to lust requires a bit more creative stimulation. Who can tell when the first twili woman decided to weave a lust spell into her art of dance, but it ensured she had plenty of daughters to teach the technique to...
Appearance: A six-foot-tall rather curvaceous woman with pointed ears, full hips, blue-grey skin and flame-orange hair. Her physiology is similar to the average woman, but as a twili she's used to a world of perpetual quiet and mood lighting. Bright, noisy spaces are distasteful to her, and direct sunlight can sicken her and bleach her to a disturbing bone-white, if she doesn't have her cloak to protect her. Also her body temperature is lower than your average human's so she is perpetually cool to the touch, like someone who has taken a dip in chilled water.
